Vollrath 68302 Description
This Vollrath 68302 Wear-Ever® sauce pan’s 3004 aluminum alloy composition withstands high-volume use, resisting denting and warping over time. Because it measures 7 3⁄4 inches in top diameter by 6 1⁄2 inches in bottom diameter by 4 1⁄4 inches deep, it has a 2 3⁄4-quart capacity. Its TriVent® silicone handle is lined with openings that encourage air to flow freely, reducing heat transfer, and it endures continuous use at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. For a long service life, the handle is secured in place with EverTite® riveting.
