Vollrath 68224 Description
Made of thick aluminum, the Vollrath 68224 braising pot survives heavy use without denting and corroding. It holds 24 quarts of product, and its wide, flat design makes it ideal for simmering over low temperatures for long periods of time. Because the handles are welded to the base, they're quicker to clean than riveted versions.
