Vollrath 682185 Description
The tapered design and 8 1⁄2-quart capacity of the Vollrath 682185 saucepan is useful for cooking sauces with thick or thin consistencies at low temperatures. It's constructed of 11-gauge aluminum and features a natural finish to thoroughly heat the cooking area without cold spots. It features an integrated riveted handle with an ergonomic design that simplifies maneuvering on the stove top's eyes; because it has a silicone cover, it reduces heat transferring to employees' palms. To preserve its finish, it should be cleaned in hot water with a mild dish detergent.
