Vollrath 68218 Description
The Vollrath 68218 Wear-Ever® Classic Select® brazier is ideal for long, slow cooking, equipping cooks to add flavor to food through a small amount of liquid. This brazier's aluminum construction is durable and quickly heats up while evenly distributing heat. Its top and bottom are thick to prevent warping, and its handles are welded to eliminate rivets that are hard to clean.
