Vollrath 6821375 Description
Naturally finished to show off the luster of its 11-gauge aluminum body, the Vollrath 6821375 saucepan is a toughened piece of cookware that's resistant to minor forms of corrosion. Measuring 8 4⁄5 inches in diameter by 4 14⁄25 inches high, it has a capacity of 3 3⁄4 quarts—great for preparing sauces as well as single servings of stew or chili. Equipped with a hanging hole, its handle is hollow and made of silicon to reduce the risk of operators exposing their hands to heated metal. To ensure an extended period of usability, it should only be washed by hand.
