Vollrath 682114B Description
Meant for placement in stock pots to hold boiling noodles, the Vollrath 682114B pasta insert measures 7 inches tall with a 3-quart capacity. Its body, which sports a natural finish, is constructed of 18/8 stainless steel for durability and rust resistance. Its silicone handle is ergonomically designed and utilizes a stay-cool, no-slip grip to reduce the risk of unwanted kitchen accidents. While it can sustain temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit, operators do not expose the handle to temperatures greater than 450 degrees Fahrenheit consistently. Additionally, it should only be handwashed after use.
