Vollrath 682110 Description
The Vollrath 682110 saucepan is constructed of 11-guage aluminum—a durable metal designed to resist corrosion and last longer in high-volume operations. Its body is designed with a natural finish and can hold 10 quarts at a time—ideal for reducing sauces or stir frying vegetables. For ample control during the cooking process, its silicone handle is riveted directly into its body to ensure it remains securely in place. Its body measures 12 inches in diameter by 6 1⁄8 inches high, and its handle is slotted for storing via hanging hole. For best use, this saucepan should only be cleaned by hand.
