Vollrath 67228 Description
The Vollrath 67228 Wear-Ever® Jacob's Pride® braising pot is a multi-functional piece of cookware that enables the user to boil, brown, simmer, sauté, and braise all in one pot. Because of its wide bottom, employees can use this pot to quickly brown large cuts of meat or simmer foods using only a small amount of liquid, preventing sogginess. It's made of aluminum, a cookware material that is lightweight, heats up quickly, and distributes heat evenly. The handles are solid-welded for additional stability when lifting or moving the full pot.
