The Vollrath 6433520 round, solid spoodle has a 5-ounce bowl to ensure consistent portions, reducing overserving to save on product costs. Designed for solid products, such as mashed potatoes, meatballs, and macaroni and cheese, the stainless steel bowl has a 3 1⁄2-inch bowl diameter. Its 5-ounce capacity is printed on its shaft, and the handle is treated with an antimicrobial agent that slows bacterial growth to maintain a clean surface. It’s textured surface is comfortable to hold, and it has a nylon construction that withstands temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent it from slipping into food, it can be secured on food containers’ edges with its built-in stopper notch. Overall, it has a 13 1⁄2-inch length, enabling users to comfortably reach into food pans.
