The Vollrath 6432520 spoodle’s capacity is marked on its shaft, and its 3 1⁄2-inch bowl holds as much as 5 ounces of product. It has a perforated bottom to drain excess liquid, such as sauces or stocks. The shaft and bowl have a durable stainless steel construction to withstand commercial use, and the handle is made of heat-resistant nylon, which endures temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. It can be placed on a food pan’s edge, and its built-in stopper notch prevents it from sliding into product. To prevent mildew or mold, a natural antimicrobial is built into the handle to slow germ growth. Its 13 1⁄2-inch overall length enables users to comfortably reach products in food containers or pans.
