The Vollrath 6422655 Jacob's Pride® oval Spoodle® portion control spoon has its capacity indicated on its shaft to support consistent portioning. Its 6-ounce-capacity bowl is made of stainless steel, resisting rust and corrosion for long-term commercial use. Constructed of nylon, the ergonomic handle can be used in temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and it's teal for color-coded operation. Including an all-natural antimicrobial agent, the formation of bacteria is inhibited, and the one-piece construction facilitates cleaning since it doesn't have crevices or cracks.
