The Vollrath 6414070 heavy-duty spoon measures 13 13⁄16 inches long and has a solid construction without perforations or slots. It's constructed of stainless steel—a heavy-gauge metal that resists corrosion and is easy to clean. Engineered to slow the growth of bacteria, a natural antimicrobial is integrated into this spoon. The handle—designed to provide comfortable grip— is made of nylon with a textured finish and ergonomic shape. It comes in green, which can be integrated into a color-coded kitchen system.
