Vollrath 6412120 Description
To eliminate guesswork, the Vollrath 6412120 spoodle is equipped with a solid, 1-ounce oval bowl that dishes out the same amount of product with every scoop. Its capacity is printed on the shaft to streamline organization. Made of 18/8 stainless steel, the bowl can withstand common wear from frequent scooping, and it resists corrosion to endure long-term use. Its handle, which is made of black nylon, resists temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and its textured surface supports a sturdy grip for users. A stopper is built into the handle to prevent it from falling into food, enabling storage on the edge of pans or pots. To slow the growth of bacteria, the handle is built with Agion, an antimicrobial protection agent.
