Vollrath 62172 Description
The gray handle of the Vollrath 62172 solid Spoodle® lets employees see at a glance that it accommodates 4 ounces of product, and it also enables color coding when needed. To provide protection against germs, the handle is coated in antimicrobial, and its ability to withstands heat as high as 230 degrees Fahrenheit ensures it can be used in a hot pot. A stopper prevents it from sliding into the pot if an employee needs to step away to tend to other responsibilities. Providing corrosion resistance when used around water, the scoop is made of stainless steel.
