The Vollrath 61177 Spoodle® has a solid flat bottom that is great for ladling soup or stew out of a pot. Featuring a plastic handle that withstands temperatures as high as 230 degrees Fahrenheit, it’s constructed of scratch- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Keeping it out of the food, a stopper on the spoodle enables chefs to hook it on the rim of a pot for convenient access.
