Vollrath 61145 Description
The Vollrath 61145 Spoodle® is used to handle liquid products, and it has a 1-ounce bowl that holds an ideal amount of material for quality control. Perforations in the bottom of the bowl enable chefs to drain out liquids and just leave solid objects—great for checking the consistency of meat in soups or stews. Providing plenty of reach into the pot, the spoodle has a 127⁄16-inch length.
