Vollrath 606N Description
The Vollrath 606N Wedgemaster™ wedger is ideal for fast-production buffets and kitchens, as well as bar preparation. It cuts fruit predictably and consistently to deliver high-quality drink and food presentations, featuring a six-section wedge style. Operators should place the wedger on a flat, clean work surface. Before each use, the equipment needs to be inspected to ensure the unit is clean and blades are in good condition, because if broken or loose blades are found, they must be serviced.
