The Vollrath 58110 SoftSpoon™ spatula measures 10 inches long and has a spoon-shaped blade that scrapes batter from containers. Designed for non-stick cookware, the blade will not scratch or mark surfaces and is elevated off the counter by molded-in nubs to prevent contamination.
