Perforations in the Vollrath 5303P half-size sheet pan enable air to flow around food and create a crispy crust while its aluminum construction provides strength and corrosion resistance. This material quickly conducts heat, which is evenly distributed by the concave bottom that flattens out as it heats up. To save space, the pan has a tapered design and is stackable with other units.
