The Vollrath 5303CV half-size pan cover snaps onto pans to create an airtight seal, keeping product fresh while preventing contamination. Made of polypropylene, the cover is translucent to provide visibility and resists bending and denting. Molded-in stacking lugs on the top enable secure stacking with other covers and pans.

Fits the sheetpans!
"Ordered the product for my old Advanced Tabco 1/2 sheetpans to cut down on using plastic wrap when proofing doughs. They all arrived in excellent condition and fit the pans perfectly. The only flaw I saw was one of them seemed to concave a bit towards the center, but it should be fine once I put them under a weight for a bit."
