Vollrath 5303CV Description
The Vollrath 5303CV half-size pan cover snaps onto pans to create an airtight seal, keeping product fresh while preventing contamination. Made of polypropylene, the cover is translucent to provide visibility and resists bending and denting. Molded-in stacking lugs on the top enable secure stacking with other covers and pans.

Fits the sheetpans!
Ordered the product for my old Advanced Tabco 1/2 sheetpans to cut down on using plastic wrap when proofing doughs. They all arrived in excellent condition and fit the pans perfectly. The only flaw I saw was one of them seemed to concave a bit towards the center, but it should be fine once I put them under a weight for a bit.
Broken cover /Representative
Received my order and found that my half sheet pan cover was broken. Spoke with a representative and she reached out to the manufacturer to get me and new one right away. Representative was very pleasant and polite.
Yes! I bought this and another brand, but this one is better
This brand is better for stacking: it has corner guards to keep the one above from sliding. I use it to proof yeasted items and it is so much more convenient and efficient than wraps.
