Vollrath 52970 Description
To reduce the risk of injury, the Vollrath 52970 cover handle clips onto preexisting handles to prevent employees from burning themselves. This insulated plastic handle stays cool to the touch and clips over recessed handles on stainless steel stock pot covers, double boiler covers, and steam table pan covers. To facilitate cleaning, the handle can be quickly removed, and overall, it measures 2-inches wide by 7⁄8-inches deep by 1 5⁄8- inches tall.
