Vollrath 5270 Description
With its fine 14-mesh screen, the Vollrath 5270 sieve is used for delicate work such as dusting cocoa powder or powdered sugar on top of baked goods. Using this screen to sieve dry ingredients enables the user to loosen and aerate ingredients, avoiding clumps for smooth mixing. It's made of lightweight aluminum and measures 16 inches in diameter, so it can be used to dust variously sized goods.
