Vollrath 5220 Description
The Vollrath 5220 sheet pan is a standard quarter-size pan, making it ideal for cooking small batches of food. The heavy-duty pan is made of 16-gauge, 3000-series aluminum, which resists warping and is impact-resistant. The edge of the pan is 1-inch-high to help contain liquids, and the rim is completely rolled over in a closed-bead design. The inside of the pan has rounded corners, eliminating areas where food can get stuck to make cleaning easy.

Great USA product
I use parchment paper to prevent sticking, using salt and dish soap paste to scrub off burned on foods. The even heat makes for great baking. I have 3 of the baking pans. Bought the knife sharpener as well, a good product! Katom will have a permanent place in our home, I will share with others.
Perfect Fit for Top Rated Breville Oven
I live in the city where US designers still haven't caught up with Europe. I use my compact Breville oven for almost everything, including roasting whole chickens and sheet-pan dinners in a galley kitchen. You can't beat the even heat that it emits and you can't beat these quarter size sheet pans that fit perfectly. I sent another brand to my daughter for whom I bought a Breville and they don't fit..... I can easily turn out an elegant dinner party thanks to these sheet pans.
