Vollrath 52016 Description
Fitting into most containers, the Vollrath 52016 spatula has a flexible, contoured blade. It retains its shape at temperatures as high as 212 degrees Fahrenheit. To add durability and eliminate debris-trapping cracks, the blade is molded to the handle. This scraper measures 16 5⁄8 inches long and can be washed in the dishmachine.
