Measuring 8 1⁄8 inches in diameter, the Vollrath 4987210 ladle’s bowl has a capacity of 72 ounces, making it ideal for serving large portions of soup or stew. Its handle measures 17 inches long to reach into large pots, and it’s equipped with an end hook to secure it to the pot’s rim. It features a one-piece design to improve strength and simplify cleaning. Made of stainless steel, this ladle provides excellent resistance to rust and corrosion, and it can be safely exposed to temperatures as high as 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
