To ensure sanitary use, the Vollrath 4982410 ladle is built with an all-natural antimicrobial agent, and its one-piece construction is easy to wipe clean. Constructed of stainless steel, the unit is durable to endure high-volume use. It has a 24-ounce capacity to hold large amounts of product, and the front side of the 18 1⁄8-inch-handle has stamped capacity markings to streamline portioning. It can be used to serve warm product since it has a 350-degree-Fahrenheit temperature range, and its handle has a hook for placement in storage.
