The Vollrath 4980820 ladle has a black handle that's color safe in temperatures as high as 225 degrees Fahrenheit. Its capacity is stamped in milliliters and ounces on the front of its handle to help with portion control. To withstand high-volume commercial use, it’s constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Bacteria formation is inhibited with an all-natural antimicrobial agent, keeping the utensil germ free until it can be properly cleaned. This one-piece ladle accommodates 8 ounces in its 4-inch-diameter bowl.
