Vollrath 4980280 Description
Comfortable and safe to grip, the Vollrath 4980280 ladle features a Kool-Touch® heat-resistant handle. This 9 7⁄8-inch-long handle comes in purple to indicate color-coded use at allergen-free stations, and a hook is built into the handle to help prevent it from slipping into pieces of cookware. This ladle has a 2-ounce capacity and stamped-on indicator markings in ounces and milliliters. Made of durable stainless steel, this utensil is strong, rust resistant, and easy to clean, while Its one-piece construction eliminates debris-trapping cracks and crevices.
