Vollrath 4980110 Description
Great for back-of-house portion control, the Vollrath 4980110 ladle features an exact 1-ounce capacity with stamped capacity indicators in ounces and milliliters. It has a 9 7⁄8-inch-long handle, and the built-in hook secures to the rim of the pot to prevent it from slipping into the cookware.
