Vollrath 4970520 Description
To control portions for consistent products and service, the Vollrath 4970520 ladle has a 3 41⁄100-inch-diameter bowl with a 5-ounce capacity. Because the capacity is stamped on, it's easy to identify. Comfortable and safe to hold, the ladle has a Kool-Touch® heat-resistant handle that measures 6 inches long and has built-in antimicrobial protection to slow bacterial growth.
