Vollrath 49441 Description
Designed for use on heated shelves, steam tables, and induction ranges, the Vollrath 49441 Miramar™ casserole dish has a three-ply construction made of 18/8 stainless steel, 18/0 stainless steel, and 3004 aluminum for durability and improved heat conductivity. For a distinguished appearance on the food line, its exterior and interior have a satin finish. Its 10 5⁄16-inch diameter and 5 7⁄16-inch height support 7 quarts of product. The mirror-finished, welded handles provide a sturdy grip when users place the dish on a template. To protect products from outside elements and retain heat, it includes a low dome cover with a handle to streamline removal. For versatility, it can be used on a gas, electric, or induction range.
