Vollrath 49430 Description
Designed to hold a quart of sauces, butter, and other liquids, the Vollrath 49430 Miramar™ sauce pan has a three-ply construction. Its interior is made of 18/8 stainless steel and its exterior has an 18/0 stainless steel composition; both metals withstand common wear and resist corrosion. The aluminum core bottom and side walls evenly heat product, reducing cold spots. Safe for use on gas, electric, and induction cooktops, it has a long, welded handle that provides a secure grip for lifting. To prevent splatters when liquids simmer, it has a 5 1⁄2-inch diameter and a 2 11⁄16-inch height.
