Vollrath 4808820 Description
Durable to support high-volume use, the Vollrath 4808820 Jacob's Pride® turner features a heat-resistant nylon handle and a blade made of heavy-gauge stainless steel. This metal is simple to clean and provides excellent resistance to rust and corrosion. The handle is black to support color-coded use, and its Ergo-Grip™ design is comfortable to hold for extended periods. Suitable for turning delicate items such as crepes and pancakes, the blade is solid, and it measures 8 1⁄4 inches long by 2 7⁄8 inches wide.
