A hollow handle makes holding it comfortable, while a rounded edge optimizes pouring. Because its bottom layer is aluminum, this sauce pan is compatible with induction cooktops and provides consistent heating. Wonderful sauce pot, heats quickly and cooks evenly
I purchased this with the lid and I am very pleased with the quality. I bought this to replace my old RevereWare with copper bottom, and I was skeptical that this pot would heat up as quickly as my one did. This one heated up just as fast and it cooked my food perfectly. Easy to clean. Very solid and comfortable. Looks nice in my kitchen, too.
