Vollrath 47741 Description
As part of the Jacob's Pride® line, the Vollrath 47741 Intrigue® sauce pan features a stainless steel construction that increases its strength and length of life. A hollow handle makes holding it comfortable, while a rounded edge optimizes pouring. Because its bottom layer is aluminum, this sauce pan is compatible with induction cooktops and provides consistent heating. Designed with satin and mirror finishes, the pan is great for show cooking or a commercial kitchen.
