Vollrath 4752 Description
The Vollrath 4752 transfer ladle can be used to move soup from a pot to a bowl. Increasing the length of its service life, it’s constructed of sturdy aluminum that resists denting and corrosion. To prevent food and bacteria from building up and contaminating future meals, the handle is welded. With a 64-ounce capacity and 12 3⁄4 inches of length, users are protected from touch burns while using the ladle with a hot pot or kettle.
