Vollrath 4740-01 Description
The Vollrath 4740-01 Kondi-Keeper™ bar garnish tray holds garnishes, sauces, and toppings used in beverage service or food prep areas. Constructed of plastic, the unit features two compartments with included pans that separate ingredients during service. An extra-deep cabinet houses the pans while a domed lid covers contents between uses. Clips secure the lid and support self-closing action when opened. This dispenser is not dishwasher safe and is intended for countertop condiment storage.
