Designed with a capacity of 1.13 ounces, the Vollrath 47377 Jacob's Pride® disher can be used to measure precise portions of food and reduce waste. It's ideal for dishing out mashed potatoes and oatmeal, but it shouldn't be used with hard products or ice cream. Because its shaft and bowl are constructed of stainless steel, they withstand heavy use without corroding, warping, or scratching. Like all size 30 dishers, the handle is black to support color-coded applications, and it features a squeeze operation that's comfortable for both left- and right-handed users.
