The Vollrath 47140 disher helps control portions in virtually any setting. It is a number 8 disher, meaning that it holds 4 ounces. The bowl is made of stainless steel, so it is corrosion resistant and is durable in commercial settings. To prevent the blade from sticking, it extends past the bowl.
