Vollrath 46970 Description
The Vollrath 46970 Jacob's Pride® skimmer has a satin-finished handle and a mirror-finished blade. It has a one-piece design that doesn't have any bacteria-trapping creases, simplifying cleanup after use. This skimmer's 6-inch blade is useful for removing cream from milk and fat from stock or soup, and the handle measures 12 5⁄8 inches long to reach the bottom of pots. To resist rust and corrosion, it's made of stainless steel.
