Vollrath 46125 Round Chafer w/ Hinged Lid & Induction Heat

Because the Vollrath 46125 Intrigue® chafer is made of stainless steel, it can be used with induction cooktops. This method of heating food is safer and more reliable than traditional canned heat, so caterers can keep food at an appetizing temperature without using an open flame. This chafer features a glass panel in its lid, so diners can see what's inside without having to open it. This unit has a baffle hinge that keeps the lid open at either 45 or 90 degrees.
