Vollrath 4108 Description
Holding as many as 4 1⁄2 quarts, the Vollrath 4108 Wear-Ever® Classic Select® heavy-duty sauce pan works well for simmering sauces, boiling liquids, and making soups. It has a 7 13⁄16-inch diameter, and its 5 13⁄16-inch-deep construction helps reduce splattering when product is boiling. Made of 3004 aluminum alloy, it withstands high-volume use for extended periods of time, and its edges and bottom are double thick to endure regular use. Its handle isn’t insulated, so it can become hot during use.
