To extend its service life in high-volume settings, the Vollrath 3101015 Super Pan® food pan is constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel with reinforced corners. It's a full-size pan with an oval-shaped opening that accommodates 3.9 quarts of product. To simplify storage and transport, it's designed to be stacked with other pans.
