Vollrath 30088 Description
Because the Vollrath 30088 Super Pan® full-size transport pan is made of thick stainless steel with reinforced corners, it won't dent with regular use. Its eight-inch depth is suitable for holding large quantities of products on a high-volume buffet line. To maximize storage space, this pan has an anti-jamming design for stacking with other pans.

These pans are heavy duty - withstand repeated loading, unloading, washing, and still keep a respectable shape and color. Other pans are good for occasional use but for continuous/repeated catering week after week, the Vollrath pan is a true winner. Heavy gauge stainless holds heat and teamed with the Cambro Go Box, will easily keep food at serving temp for hours.
