The Vollrath 30042 Super Pan V® full-size hotel pan is made of stainless steel, so it is heavy duty and easy to clean. To make cleaning the pan simple, the smooth curves enable complete removal of the contents. Anti-Jamming?
I like these pans and they definitely serve our purpose for the big BBQs we throw but I'm not quite certain where the anti-jamming feature of these pans is at. We ordered three pans and when they arrived they were so jammed together that I had to spray Pam in between them to get them separated. I'm not real certain now if I want to stack them inside each other for storage.
We haven't used them yet.
We use them for our fund raised dinner for our church. We feed about 200 people. We have some already but needed more.
