Vollrath 15604 Description
The Vollrath 15604 Redco® Instabloom™ II onion cutter slices onions for a commercial kitchen, saving operators the time that working with a knife and cutting board would expend. To ready the slicer for the next onion, it has a spring-loaded handle that brings the blade back to the starting position. Rubber feet on the slicer's sled legs help hold the unit in place while in use.
