Vollrath 15063 Description
The Vollrath 15063 InstaCut™ replacement blade assembly gives operators the ability to dice almost any fruit or vegetable into 3⁄8 of an inch pieces. Most commonly used to make wedges, this blade assembly is made especially to work with Redco® InstaCut 3.5 tabletop and wall mount products. The thermoset blades are resistant to corrosion, making them ideal for any commercial kitchen. The Vollrath 15063 InstaCut replacement blade can be used to replace a dull blade or used as an extra for a variety in dice sizes.
