Vollrath 15006 Description
Designed to cut product efficiently into eight uniform slices, the Vollrath 15005 Redco® InstaCut™ 3.5 wedger can be used with lemons, apples, and other fruits. It speeds up food prep compared to hand slicing and creates clean cuts to prevent fruit from bruising. The blade can be replaced with other assemblies to wedge in different sections, core, or dice.
