Vollrath 15005 Description
The Vollrath 15005 Redco® InstaCut™ 3.5 wedger cuts apples, lemons, and other fruit into six uniform wedges. It operates quickly and is three times more efficient than hand chopping. Because this wedger makes clean cuts, it doesn't bruise food or ruin presentation. Its blade assembly can be interchanged with others in the series, so operators can dice and core in a single unit.
