The Vollrath 1101 Grill Tender® grill scraper removes burnt food from grill surfaces smoothly and quickly with a durable steel point blade. Its extra-long handle and splash guard help protect users from burns and debris kickback, and before each use, operators should check that the equipment is clean and the blades are in good working condition. Any loose or broken blades must be serviced. To scrape carbonized food particles from the grill surface, users should place one hand on the handle and the other hand on the knob, employing a firm front-to-back motion.
