The Dinex DXTMP1097A wax base helps keep meals at food-safe temperatures for 90 minutes. First, a base heater warms the base. Its wax core ensures the base heats quickly and evenly, while the stainless steel exterior helps hold that heat over time. Food is then placed on the base, and the base is placed into an insulated underliner. Finally, an insulated dome is placed over the food, blocking out ambient air and potential contaminants.
